COOKIES AND BASEBALL

You WILL NOT be able to explore or enjoy the features of the Team Center until you set your browser (and security/firewall if you have one) to accept first-party cookies from "EasyTeamManager.com" the server on which this site runs.

Contrary to all of the hype you may have heard about cookies, a "first-party" cookie (the kind you get from the Website you are browsing) is a little text file no bigger than 4K. It sits in a cookie folder and can be read ONLY by the issuing site (that would be us in this case). We use the cookie to make your browsing experience seamless (and possible). Without it, the system "forgets" who you are, which team you are on, etc. from page to page. We store 3 bits of information on the cookie, NONE of which have any personal information about you. Even if we did, someone would have to physically take control of your keyboard, burrow to the Team Center cookies (ignoring all the other sensitive files you may have) and look at a bunch of encrypted gobble-de-gook. Hope this helps.
For help with setting your browser up to accept cookies:
  • Internet Explorer

  • Firefox

  • Netscape

  • Norton Internet Security

  • McAfee Privacy Manager. If you are running McAfee software, be sure you configure both the firewall AND the privacy manager so you can accept cookies from our site.

  • Zone Alarm Firewall does not function correctly and will not allow cookies even if you instruct it to. We recommend a different firewall (e.g. Norton or McAfee) or disabling ZA when you wish to use Team Center. Otherwise, the site will not remember your preferences from page to page.

  • If all of the above does not solve your issue contact us.
