CALENDAR UPLOAD

1. Your schedule file must be in a tab-delimited ".txt" file saved from Excel (or other spreadsheet program). To see an example download and open this file.
    
2. The first row of the file, MUST contain the following (in any order) spelled exactly as given (special attributes of the field shown in parentheses):
    
   • eventDate (format: xx/xx/xx) (required to have data)
   • eventLocation (required to have data)
   • eventArrive (format: 12:30:00 PM)
   • eventStart (format: 12:30:00 PM)
   • eventEnd (format: 12:30:00 PM)
   • opponent (required for games & scrimmages)
   • opponentStatus (required for games & scrimmages: 1=Home, 2=Away)
   • eventTypeID (see list below -- this is required)
     • 1=League Game
     • 2=Practice
     • 3=Meeting
     • 4=Scrimmage
     • 5=Fun Event
     • 6=Tournament Game
     • 8=Conditioning Session
     • 9=Miscellanous Event
   
   
   
3. ELIMINATE ANY BLANK SPACE FOLLOWING THE LAST CHARACTER IN YOUR DATA FILE. ALSO, DO NOT INCLUDE HTML, tabs, carriage returns, or new line characters in your data file. If any of these appear in a field, it will be skipped in the upload process.
    

This feature is disabled in demo mode.

ROSTER UPLOAD

1. Your roster must be in a tab-delimited ".txt" file saved from Excel (or other spreadsheet program). To see an example download and open this file.
    
2. The first row of the file, MUST contain the following (in any order) spelled exactly as given (special attributes of the field shown in parentheses):
    
   • userLastname (required to have data)
   • userFirstname (required to have data)
   • userAddress
   • userCity
   • userState (standard two-char abbreviation)
   • userZIP
   • userPhone
   • userMobile
   • userWorkPhone
   • userEmail
   • altUserEmail
   • altUserEmail2
   • userTypeID (see list below -- this is required)
     • 1=Player
     • 2=Head Coach
     • 3=Assistant Coach
     • 4=Parent
     • 5=Volunteer
     • 7=Team Coordinator
     • 8=Statistician
     • 9=League Admin
     • 10=Player/Coach
     • 12=Manager
     • 13=Webmaster
