START HERE FOR QUICK SETUP AND USE OF YOUR SITE:

- Personnel

ADD THEM YOURSELF: You may add new members individually
TAKE ALREADY REGISTERED PERSONNEL: When you go to add a person to your team, we offer a search tool to help you locate that person in our database first! If you wish to add many people from a previous team that you managed, you can copy or move players from those teams: move or copy personnel.
LET MEMBERS ENROLL THEMSELVES: Send members to EasyTeamManager, and have them locate the team and click the "join" link, which will put them in a queue for you to approve for addition to the team. Click the "Linking In" tab for a specific URL you can send them to for quick enrollment. YOU MUST PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR JOIN PASSWORD (join10x) which you can modify in the Edit Team Settings area.
IMPORT THE DATA: You may use our import tool.
Manage Permissions: Set user permissions to limit who on your team can see what.
Parent Linker: A player can select his or her parents from a list in the "Edit My Account" screen (admins can do this too). When they do, the roster correlates the player and parents on one row with all contact information.

- Event Management

This is the most detailed way to create your calendar. You can link to maps, specify opponents and locations and set up personnel to run various aspects of the event (e.g. scoring, tickets, penalty box, etc. Use the detailed event scheduler
For quick entry of games with a minimum amount of information, use this tool. You may always return to any event to add details. Use the Rapid Scheduler
If you are comfortable working with spreadsheets, you may upload your schedule into our system. There are detailed instructions. Use the import tool

- Linking to Your Site

There are two ways to provide individuals with a direct link to your team and teams;
1. This link provides "Guest" and "member" entry options. The "Guest" option is a simple button.

2. This link takes the user directly into the site as a guest.

If our system did not create a guest account for you (check your Manage Personnel-Non Players screen) when you signed up, set up a "Guest" account now.
Remember, having a unique login allows the coach to set different permission levels for team members and guests. That is why we highly recommend that you require players to log into the site (vs. visiting as guests). In addition, players have their own personal profile screens and can set their attributes, site viewing preferences and view their own stats only if they is logged in.

- New Team or Season

Create one or more teams to manage. With only one profile, you may manage an unlimited number of teams. You can customize your team colors! Create a new team now.
You can copy last season's team and make an entirely new team. You can also move or copy personnel from other teams you have admin access to. You will be able to draft players from ALL of your previous teams (from the in which sport you are creating a new team).
- First, create a new team. New Team/League (See Pricing).
- When you create the team, you can draft players.
- You can copy or move players to your team from other teams you have administrative rights to. Move or copy personnel.
